11th-place finish in Florida Dirt Nationals opener at All-Tech

On Friday afternoon, Mike Marlar entered the Delk Equipment Sales No. 157 Late Model into battle with the XR Super Series at All-Tech Raceway (Lake City, Fla.) for the two-day Florida Dirt Nationals. In a field of 38 cars, Mike edged his way into the opening night feature with the fourth-and-final transfer spot in his heat race. With $25,000 on the line, Marlar passed five cars in the 40-lapper to finish 11th. (Josh James Artwork)

The following night, Marlar stopped the clock 10th-quickest in his group before placing fourth in his heat. Starting the $50,000-to-win A-Main in 16th, Mike clawed forward three spots, crossing the line in 13th.
